Paramedics rush to ‘medical incident’ at Beverley Road commercial unit

Ambulance crews have rushed into a commercial building in Hull.

A large number of paramedics rushed to Grosvenor Street, off Beverley Road, west Hull, on Saturday afternoon (March 6).

Two ambulances and two ambulance responder vehicles are situated outside the DGU Supplies building with paramedics seen running into the building and wearing hazmat suits.

One person at the scene said: “They have gone into a commercial building. There is two ambulances and two responder cars now here.

“The ambulance staff are running into the building and are now putting hazmat white overalls on.”

A spokesperson said: “We are in attendance at Grosvenor Street but it is due to a medical incident. We are still on the scene.

“The white suits are a precaution due to the current pandemic.”
